The beneficiary has been designated as the State National Security Committee (GKNB).
In Bishkek, 2 hectares of land have been transferred to the State Mortgage Company opposite Victory Park. This decision resulted from changes made to the list by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The land plot is located at: Maldybaeva Street, 269.
The beneficiary of this plot is the State National Security Committee (GKNB).
An important point is that state authorities, as well as the mayors of Bishkek and Osh and local authorities, have been tasked with inventorying land suitable for residential construction.
The State Mortgage Company has already sent a request to the Bishkek mayor's office for the provision of several plots, including about 50 hectares in the southern part of the city.
