During the inspection of the implementation of legislation concerning children's rights and housing provision, violations were identified.
According to the data provided by the prosecutor's office, the local authorities of the Ak-Bashat rural administration did not provide this category of citizens with land plots within the established timeframe. In response to this, a prosecutor's response act was drawn up.

As a result of the consideration of this act, the rights of the children were restored: they were allocated plots and received state acts confirming their ownership rights for the construction of residential houses.
It should be noted that according to the Code on Children and the Housing Code, orphans have a guaranteed right to housing. If they do not have their own housing, they are provided with priority housing assistance upon reaching the age of 16.
