During an inspection conducted by the prosecutor's office, serious violations were identified: children did not receive land plots within the established timeframe, which contradicts the current legislation on children and housing construction laws. As a result, a prosecutorial response act was sent to the Ak-Bashat rural administration.

After reviewing the prosecutorial response act, the rights of the children were restored, and they were handed state acts confirming their ownership rights to the plots allocated for the construction of residential houses.
