He reported that after receiving the document the day before, he discovered that the "place of birth" section indicated a country that was not accurate: instead of Kyrgyzstan, it stated Tajikistan.
Attempts to resolve the issue on-site were unsuccessful, as he was unable to correct the mistake.


He provided a birth certificate indicating that he was born in Frunze (modern Bishkek) in the Kyrgyz SSR.
At this point, it is unclear who exactly made the mistake — the UAAA or the "Tunduk" system.
