According to the city hall, the main goal of the competition is to find a private partner for the reconstruction and creation of a year-round tennis complex based on the "Tie Break" courts.
It is worth reminding that in 2025, the capital's Department of Physical Culture and Sports, together with the PPP Center, already held a competition to select an investor and identify a potential partner. However, the parties did not manage to sign the final agreement, as the deadline set by law for concluding the contract expired.
The project includes the reconstruction and construction of an indoor tennis complex that will meet modern standards of sports infrastructure. This will expand opportunities for physical culture and sports, as well as contribute to the development of mass and professional sports, which in turn will enhance the image of the capital as a sports center.
