Those who applied for the replacement of licenses before the end of March 2026 will receive new documents under the terms of the campaign, even if the process is completed later.
The president also instructed government agencies to inform the public about the completion of the campaign and to prepare reports on its results.
In addition, the decree cancels the previous document regarding the start of the campaign, which was signed on January 22, 2026.
