A number of villages in the Nookat district provided with drinking water
As part of the program to provide clean drinking water, new wells have been drilled in the rural district of Kok-Zhar in the Nookat region. This work is aimed at improving water supply for the residents of the villages of Jiyde, Karanay, and Sarykandy, as reported by the Ministry of Agriculture. As a result of the work carried out, 16,884 people now have permanent access to clean drinking water. A total of five wells were drilled, and the overall cost of the work amounted to 15 million soms.
