Topanisa shared that her parents chose this name based on the recommendation of a wise moldo. This decision was connected to tragic events in their family: "I am the fifth child among my siblings — I have two older and two younger siblings. The two older children who were born before me did not survive. When I was born, my parents turned to a learned moldo for advice on what to name me. He wished for me to become a respected woman and named me Topanisa, which translates to 'great woman.' Many people are curious about the meaning of my name," she shared.
Currently, Topanisa works in the law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic. "I have four children and five grandchildren. I graduated with a degree in 'Traffic Safety Management' and worked in that profession. At the moment, I am working in the Kadamzhai District Department of Internal Affairs. I was born and raised in Kadamzhai," she added.
