In an interview with the Kabar agency, the director of the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk," Joldoshbek Chushtukov, stated that the salaries of workers can range from 80,000 to 90,000 soms. According to him, on average, employees earn about 45,000 to 50,000 soms per month.
Chushtukov emphasized that those who demonstrate high performance in their work and manage the volume of garbage collection can expect additional payments. "We have employees who, thanks to their diligent work, earn up to 80,000-90,000 soms. Many of them not only perform their work well but also assist their colleagues," he added.
