The director of the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk," Joldosh Chushtukov, stated on the air of "Birinchi Radio" that the main focus during snow removal in Bishkek will be on the central streets. Secondary streets will be cleared later, while the least significant streets will remain at the final stage.

He noted that it is physically impossible for the enterprise to cover the entire city.

“We work based on a technical map approved by the akimats, so we only clear those sidewalks and streets for which we have approved plans. Since last year, we have also started treating areas near schools, kindergartens, and bus terminal stops with salt,” Chushtukov added.

The director urged city residents to actively participate in maintaining cleanliness on the streets.

“If every citizen and business entity does not get involved in this issue, cleanliness and order cannot be achieved. Even a small contribution to clearing stairwells and sidewalks near homes will significantly ease our work. I urge everyone to participate in these efforts not only in the summer but also in the winter. This is our common city, and although it is our job, we cannot always keep up. If everyone contributes their part, our city will become much better,” he noted.

It was previously reported that to ensure uninterrupted operations during the winter period, more than 1,000 employees of "Tazalyk" will be involved, including drivers, mechanics, and cleaners. All workers receive winter special clothing and necessary equipment.
