Janitors are actively engaged in clearing the streets and sidewalks of the city from the snow cover, manually removing and clearing pedestrian areas.
Additionally, snow removal machines are in operation: 10 MAZ trucks, 3 Shakhman vehicles, and 1 front loader, which are engaged in spreading inert materials and clearing the roadway of snow.
In the morning hours, 38.5 tons of salt and a mixture of sand with salt were used to prevent the formation of ice and ensure road safety.
The spreading is being carried out on the main streets of the city, including Kozhobergenov, Semetey, Baytik Baatyr, Sheraliyev, Masaliyev, Jaiyla Baatyr, and others, as well as on overpasses and bridges, such as on Elebesov Street.
The clearing of axis lines and the instrument panel is underway on Karapaev, Nurjamal, 7 April streets, and other key highways, including Ala-Too Square and Chuy Avenue.
All services of the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk" are fully prepared for possible further precipitation and continue their work to clear the city.
