Kyrgyz boxer Omar Livaza has successfully reached the quarterfinals of the World Championship taking place in Dubai.

The competitions are held under the auspices of the IBA and are currently in an active phase.

Omar competes in the category up to 63.5 kg, starting his journey from the 1/16 finals.

In the first stage, he won against a boxer from Uzbekistan, and then in the 1/8 finals, he secured a victory over a representative from Armenia.

Now in the quarterfinals, he is set to face a boxer from Azerbaijan.

In addition to Livaza, Myrzakir Koshaliev has also made it to the quarterfinals, competing in the weight category over 92 kg.
