A recent event at the railway station in Bishkek became significant for the country's sports. Alexey Teplashin, an extreme sports athlete, set a new record by moving seven freight cars a distance of six meters, with a total weight of 165 tons and 900 kilograms. He reported this in an interview with 24.kg.
It is important to note that Teplashin has been engaged in strength extreme sports for over four years. His repertoire includes not only pulling wagons and buses but also tricks such as bending nails, breaking bolts, twisting frying pans, and tearing playing cards.
“I saw how real baatyrs practice this sport, and I became curious if I could do it. I started preparing and training, and the results exceeded all expectations. Now I am focused on new achievements,” Alexey said.

To achieve his goals, the athlete actively trains in various conditions: in the gym, outdoors, and even at home. He uses both professional equipment and improvised materials such as stones and sandbags.
Alexey Teplashin plans to set a new record in the future, in the spring of 2026, by moving eight wagons. He also aims to achieve a record in Central Asia.
