This project symbolizes the journey of water — a vital element for the Kyrgyz people, embodying life, purity, and continuity. The water that will flow through the entire country carries not only ecological value but also symbolizes unity and renewal, which is especially important for all participants of the Games.

In the first stage, "Baatyrs" and "Elchilers" will be selected — individuals who have made significant contributions to the development of culture and national sports. Special attention will be paid to sacred sources — rivers, lakes, and springs, which will gain special spiritual significance during the project.
The ceremony of filling the Kökör with water from sacred sources will become one of the key events of the project and a symbol of strengthening unity and spiritual connection between regions. The water collected from various corners of the country will be placed in a single vessel and delivered to Bishkek. Within the framework of the Games, it will symbolize friendship and harmony, emphasizing the importance of cooperation and respect for the traditions of all peoples of Kyrgyzstan and the world.
