Kyrgyz wrestler Aftandil Talaibek uulu has reached the final of the Asian Championship taking place in Bishkek.

He is competing in the weight category up to 63 kg and began his journey from the quarterfinals.

In his first match, he won against a Japanese athlete, and then in the semifinals, he proved stronger than a wrestler from Turkmenistan.

Under the guidance of coach Hakim Mahmudov, Aftandil has advanced to the final stage and will fight for the gold medal on April 7. His opponent's name is not yet known.
