As part of this project, it is proposed to grant the status of ayyl to the following settlements:
- Batken Region: Bakai (within the Ak-Sai rural district), Kara-Bak (Alty-Adyr), Samarkandek (Orto-Sai).
- Osh Region: Zhany-Alaï (in the Alymbek Datka rural district of the Aylay district); Ak-Bosogo, Birimdik, Dostuk, Zhashtyk, and Yntymak (in the Too-Moyun rural district of the Aravan district).
- Talas Region: Balikchy (in the Kara-Buura rural district of the Aitmatov district).
The statement emphasizes that the adoption of this law will contribute to the activation of local communities, attracting investments, collaboration within development projects, as well as improving social and economic infrastructure at the local level.
