This decision was made with the aim of developing industrial enterprises in this area. The conclusions of the President's representative in the Osh region and the resolution of the state administration of the Aravan district were taken into account to justify this decision.
Within the framework of this resolution, the state administration of the Aravan district is instructed to:
- make the necessary changes to the land accounting documentation;
- develop and approve urban planning documentation in accordance with current legislation;
- ensure the use of the land plot in accordance with its intended purpose;
- comply with sanitary-epidemiological and environmental requirements, including implementing anti-seismic measures and organizing the drainage of rainwater and meltwater;
- provide for the possibility of restoring the land to its original state in case of non-use or violation of its intended purpose;
- preserve historical and cultural objects if any are discovered;
- ensure compensation for damage caused to agricultural and forestry production.
The control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Department of Control over the Execution of Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
This document will come into force ten days after its official publication, which is scheduled for October 27, 2025.
