The CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic accredited 29 international observers for the early parliamentary elections

At the meeting held on October 24, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of Kyrgyzstan announced the accreditation of observers. These 29 international representatives will monitor the early elections scheduled for November 30, 2025.

The accredited observers include:

All observers will receive identification cards of the established sample.

The CEC also reminded that earlier invitations for participation in election monitoring were sent to 47 countries and international organizations, including the CSTO, SCO, CIS, OIC, A-WEB, and ODIHR of the OSCE.

In addition, invitations were sent to the offices of international organizations operating in Bishkek, such as the UN, UNDP, UN Women, the OSCE program office, JICA, KOICA, as well as the Hans Seidel Foundation, Friedrich Ebert Foundation, and Konrad Adenauer Foundation.

Diplomatic missions of foreign states in Kyrgyzstan and inter-parliamentary associations, including the European Parliament, PA OSCE, IPA CIS, TURKPA, and PA CSTO, were also invited to observe the voting process.
