The accredited observers include:
- 8 representatives from the CIS Observer Mission;
- 17 individuals from the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS;
- 2 observers from the Embassy of Belarus in Kyrgyzstan;
- 2 representatives from the Embassy of Russia in Kyrgyzstan.
The CEC also reminded that earlier invitations for participation in election monitoring were sent to 47 countries and international organizations, including the CSTO, SCO, CIS, OIC, A-WEB, and ODIHR of the OSCE.
In addition, invitations were sent to the offices of international organizations operating in Bishkek, such as the UN, UNDP, UN Women, the OSCE program office, JICA, KOICA, as well as the Hans Seidel Foundation, Friedrich Ebert Foundation, and Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
Diplomatic missions of foreign states in Kyrgyzstan and inter-parliamentary associations, including the European Parliament, PA OSCE, IPA CIS, TURKPA, and PA CSTO, were also invited to observe the voting process.
