
Among the accredited observers are eight representatives from the Commonwealth of Independent States Observer Mission and seventeen representatives from the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS, as well as two individuals from the embassies of Belarus and Russia in Kyrgyzstan.
All international observers will receive identification cards of the established format.
The Central Election Commission has sent invitations to the election commissions of 47 countries and international organizations such as the CSTO, SCO, CIS, OIC, A-WEB, and ODIHR OSCE to ensure observation of the elections.
Additionally, invitations were sent to representatives of international organizations operating in Bishkek, including the UN, UNDP, UN Women, the OSCE office, JICA, KOICA, as well as the Hans Seidel Foundation, Friedrich Ebert Foundation, and Konrad Adenauer Foundation. The Jogorku Kenesh also sent invitations to inter-parliamentary associations such as the European Parliament, PA OSCE, Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS, TURKPA, and PA CSTO.
