From November 25 to 27, Russian President Vladimir Putin is on a state visit to Kyrgyzstan. An official meeting with President Sadyr Japarov is scheduled for November 26.

Before the arrival of the high-profile guests, the area around the building of the President's Administration was completely secured. The flags of Kyrgyzstan and Russia were raised on the flagpoles, and an honor guard and delegations of ministers from both countries were lined up, awaiting the presidents.

In the lobby of "Yntymak Ordo," operators and photographers from both Kyrgyz and Russian media have already taken their places. Here, one can also see participants of the ethnographic program—warriors dressed in Kyrk-Choro Manas costumes, holding spears.

Some journalists are situated in the lobby, while others are in the press center, awaiting the arrival of the heads of state. In the lead-up to the meeting, several notable figures could be seen: the press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Ulanbek Niyazbekov, as well as the host of the television program "Moscow. Kremlin. Putin," Pavel Zarubin.
