Kremlin: Tokayev to Visit Russia for a Two-Day Visit on November 11 and 12

During the upcoming negotiations, the leaders will discuss the future of strategic cooperation in the fields of politics, economics, and culture. A number of key issues of both regional and global significance will also be addressed, according to information from the Kremlin.

In addition, Putin and Tokayev will participate via video conference in the plenary session of the XXI Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan, which is taking place in Uralsk.

Furthermore, several important agreements are expected to be signed at the upcoming meeting. Tokayev mentioned this during his conversation with Rustam Minnikhanov, the head of Tatarstan, on October 31. According to the Kazakh president, these documents are expected to positively impact bilateral cooperation. He also noted that this meeting is significant as a "milestone event" in relations with Russia.

The information about Tokayev's visit to Russia was communicated by the Kazakh embassy in the Russian Federation on October 22; however, at that time it was stated that the president would arrive only on November 12.
