According to Abakirov, the judge violated the norms of the Administrative Procedural Code and the Constitutional Law "On the Elections of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" by declaring a recess after hearing the plaintiff. This allowed the Central Election Commission to present, as claimed, the original protocol with the election results for district No. 26.
"In the protocol provided by the CEC representative, it is evident that some signatures were made in haste, and there is a likelihood that some of them were copied. Moreover, the protocol indicates the time as December 8 at 11:05, while the meeting only started at 17:00. This is confirmed by the agenda posted on the CEC website," the candidate noted.
Abakirov also added that the judge is accepting unreliable documents as evidence during the debate stage without hearing the applicant's position. "In this regard, we filed a motion to disqualify, as the judge demonstrates bias and violates the laws," he concluded.
