The elections of the chairpersons were held in a secret ballot format.
The nominations for the positions of deputy chairpersons of the profile committees were proposed by parliamentary groups.
The following deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh became deputy chairpersons of the committees:
- Gulnara Akimbaeva, Venera Salyamova, and Kubanychbek Samakov took the posts of deputy chairpersons of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Local Self-Government, and Regulations;
- Cholpon Esenamanova, Zhyldyz Sadyrbaeva, and Yrysbek Atazhanov were elected as deputy chairpersons of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense, Security, and Migration;
- Alisher Kozyuev, Umbetaly Kydyraliev, and Azizbek Tursunbaev became deputy chairpersons of the Committee on Agricultural Policy, Water Resources, Subsoil Use, Ecology, and Environmental Protection;
- Bolot Sagynaev, Gulsharkan Kultaev, and Santalat Amanova were appointed as deputy chairpersons of the Committee on Science, Education, Innovative Development, Information Technologies, Culture, Sports, and Youth Affairs;
- Talaybek Masabirov, Bakhirdin Shabazov, and Bakyt Chomoev were elected as deputy chairpersons of the Committee on Industrial Policy, Transport, Fuel and Energy Complex, Architecture, and Construction;
- Jumabek Salymbekov, Kamila Talieva, and Zhanibek Abirov received the posts of deputy chairpersons of the Committee on Finance, Budget, Entrepreneurship, and Competition Development;
- Suyunbek Omurzakov, Ulukbek Uzakbaev, and Altynbek Kilychbaev became deputy chairpersons of the Committee on Judicial and Legal Issues, Law and Order, Crime Prevention, and Anti-Corruption;
- Gulkan Moldobekova, Gulnara Baatyrova, and Karybek uulu Ulukbek took the positions of deputy chairpersons of the Committee on Labor, Health, Women's Affairs, and Social Issues.
In addition, the deputies approved the composition of the profile committees.
