According to the chairman of the united committee, Ulan Primov, the deputy groups proposed to create the following committees:
- a committee dealing with constitutional legislation, state structure, and the regulations of the Jogorku Kenesh;
- a committee on international policy, defense, security, and migration issues;
- a committee responsible for agricultural policy, water resources, subsoil use, ecology, and environmental protection;
- a committee working in the field of education, science, innovative technologies, culture, sports, and youth policy;
- a committee on issues related to the fuel and energy complex, industry, transport, architecture, and construction;
- a committee dealing with finance, the budget, and entrepreneurship development;
- a committee on judicial and legal issues, law enforcement, combating crime and corruption;
- a committee responsible for labor relations, healthcare, women's rights, and social issues.
