The festival traditionally serves as an open platform for discussing documentary truth and promoting human rights, bringing together filmmakers, human rights defenders, experts, cultural figures, and representatives of civil society from Kyrgyzstan and other countries. In 2025, it continues to develop the innovative format "Human Rights through Art," connecting cinema, public dialogue, and creative forms of civic engagement.
In addition to screenings, there will be discussion labs, round tables, training workshops, and consultation platforms for exchanging practical ideas and developing joint recommendations for the protection of human rights.
