Uzbek. Born in the city of Jalal-Abad, Jalal-Abad region. Graduated from KSMI (1971).

Worked as Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Vice-Rector, and since 1997 - Head of the Department of ENT Diseases at KMA. Specialist in the field of otorhinolaryngology. Honored Doctor of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Published more than 200 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 4 inventions.

Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
