Jewish. Born in the city of Namangan.
Graduated from Tashkent Medical Institute. Worked as the head of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at KGMI.
Specialist in the field of otorhinolaryngology, head and neck surgery.
Published more than 150 scientific works, including 7 inventions, 12 monographs, and 3 textbooks.
Under his supervision, 17 candidate dissertations have been defended.

1. Bleeding and thrombosis in otorhinolaryngological diseases (co-authored). Bishkek, 1989.
