Frankel Georgy Lvovich (1899-1969),

Jewish. Born in Leningrad, Russia.

Graduated from Leningrad Medical Institute.

Worked as Vice-Rector, Assistant, Associate Professor, Professor at Leningrad Medical Institute, Head of the Department at KGMI, Deputy Director of the Institute of Regional Medicine, IFB of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR.

Specialist in the field of neurophysiology, biophysics.

Awarded the Order of the Red Star, medals of the USSR.

Honored Worker of Science of the Kirghiz SSR (1959).

Published more than 130 scientific works, including monographs.
