Jewish. Graduated from Leningrad Medical Institute (1923). Worked in the Uzbek SSR as a doctor, head of the clinic, head of the otolaryngology department at KGMI. Specialist in the field of otolaryngology. Awarded the Orders of the Red Banner of Labor, Red Star, Badge of Honor, and medals of the USSR.
Honored Scientist of the Kirghiz SSR. More than 200 scientific works published.
