- In his speech, Chynaliev noted that according to strategic documents, by 2030 it is planned to achieve a 30% processing rate of agricultural products. “Currently, processing accounts for only 10-15% of the total volume of agricultural products; however, growth is already observed in some sectors. For example, sugar beets are processed completely, dairy products are at 49%, while in other sectors this figure fluctuates between 5 and 10%,” he added.

To increase the level of processing, farmers must consider product processing, apply safe fertilizers, and use biological methods to meet Global Gap standards and organic requirements.

Chynaliev also mentioned the implementation of digital technologies for monitoring production processes: farmers will record their actions in the fields, the use of fertilizers and feeds, while auditors will verify the accuracy of the entered data. “This is necessary to maintain export potential and ensure compliance with standards,” he emphasized.

Note: Agriculture contributed 9.5% to the growth of Kyrgyzstan's gross domestic product. In the first 10 months of 2025, the gross agricultural output amounted to 407.4 billion soms, which is 2% more compared to the same period in 2024.
