- Farmers need to adapt to modern food safety requirements. This statement was made by Mukhtar Chynaliev, the director of the Department of Organic and Processing Industries of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, during a broadcast on the radio.

He noted that training is currently being conducted with the support of both international and local specialists.

“In order to enter the markets of regions such as Europe and the USA, farms need to confirm compliance with established standards, such as GlobalG.A.P. Additionally, for 'eco/bio' positioning, it is necessary to adhere to organic norms,” he added.

Chynaliev also emphasized that one of the key tasks remains the systematic training of farmers on standards already at the production stage, and relevant structures are regularly engaged in this work.
