- At the incubation site of the Ton Fish Breeding Plant, which is part of the Department of the Fishery Complex under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, measures for the artificial production of eggs of Issyk-Kul trout have been successfully implemented. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture.

During these activities, 49 females and 26 males were selected, which ultimately produced about 90,000 eggs. The eggs were placed in incubation devices for further incubation and the production of viable fry.

“These activities contribute to the restoration and increase of the Issyk-Kul trout population, the development of the fish sector, and the preservation of the biological resources of our country. The department's priority tasks remain the restoration of fish stocks and the sustainable use of aquatic biological resources,” the press release states.
