- The fourth issue of ordinary registered shares was registered for OJSC "Kyrgyz Agroholding";
- The twelfth issue of ordinary registered shares was registered for OJSC "National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan";
- JSC "Central Depository" successfully registered the tenth issue of ordinary registered shares;
- LLC "Alpha Oil" registered a report on the results of the first issuance of publicly offered registered interest bonds;
- The second issue of ordinary registered shares was registered for OJSC "Kyrgyzsuudolboor".
2. The Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service granted licenses and permits to the following organizations and individual entrepreneurs:
- LLC "KAAR" received permission to conduct a promotional lottery called "Lottery 2025";
- LLC "Birinchi Lombard KJ" received approval to open its representative office No. 056;
- LLC "AP CHANGE" reissued its license due to reorganization and merger with LLC "StandardBusinessConsult";
- The gambling activity license was reissued for LLC "Golden King";
- LLC "Asia Casino" also reissued its gambling activity license;
