This year you have the opportunity not only to participate in the bike tour but also, if you wish, in the 12 km bike race.
The package includes:
• Transportation of the participant and their bicycle from Bishkek to the starting point of the bike tour and back from Burana Tower to Bishkek.
• Provision of food and drinks at the start, pit stop, and finish;
• Excursion to Burana Minaret
• Accompaniment by road police and ambulance;
• Technical support group for repairs and maintenance of bicycles and other accompanying equipment of participants;
• Individual participant number.
• Insurance for each participant against accidents.
Upon registration, the participant must fill out a registration form and an insurance policy, which will be valid during the bike tour and race.
Registration for participation in the bike ride starts on April 12, 2014, and will last until 12:00 PM, May 1, 2014.

Schedule for the bike tour and gathering, preparation, and transportation
8:00 AM Gathering and registration of participants of the bike ride.
Meeting place: Old Square, (courtyard of the American University)
9:00 AM Departure to the starting point
11:00 AM Start of the bike race at the Black River
1:00 PM Pit stop at the Manap Bi monument, start of the race.
2:30 PM Finish at Burana Tower
Delicious pilaf; informative excursion
4:00 PM Departure to Bishkek by buses
Bicycles will be transported on a separate truck
5:30 PM Arrival in Bishkek
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARTICIPANTS:
• All participants must gather for departure from Bishkek at the designated time and place;
• All participants will be insured during the bike ride;
• The participant is fully responsible for their physical condition, skills, and ability to complete the route according to their personal decision;
• The participant must consult a doctor and confirm their ability to participate in the bike ride and/or race;
• Participants must be equipped with mountain bikes and helmets to take part in the bike ride and/or race.
• All participants must wear helmets;
• All participants must fill out and sign the registration form at the designated time and place;
• Participation in the event is prohibited for individuals in an intoxicated state.
• Participants under 18 must provide written permission to participate in the bike ride and/or race from their parents or guardians.
