The State Agency for Property Management has announced electronic auctions for the sale of a large fattening complex located in the territory of Burana in the Chui region.
According to the agency, this complex is intended for the intensive breeding of large and small cattle, as well as poultry and other agricultural animals. The facility has a complete infrastructure that allows for the entire cycle of production processes: from the reception and veterinary treatment of animals to their fattening and preparation of products for sale.
All operations are carried out in accordance with the veterinary, sanitary, and environmental standards of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The area of the complex is 62.2 hectares and includes:
- administrative building;
- vehicle maintenance box;
- calf barns and shelters of various capacities;
- feed workshop and storage rooms for feed;
- veterinary block;
- milking and dairy block;
- slaughterhouse;
- sanitary checkpoint;
- boiler room;
- weighing station;
- security points and auxiliary structures;
- facilities for keeping cows, sheep, and poultry.
The complex can simultaneously accommodate from 500 to 3000 heads of agricultural animals. Specific parameters depend on the design documentation.
