The State Property Management Agency has announced the start of the process to sell 98.4% of the shares of OJSC "Kyzyl-Kiya Machine Engineering Plant" through an electronic auction.
The plant, located in the city of Kyzyl-Kiya in the Batken region, is 822 km from the capital and occupies an area of 22.89 hectares at 277 Kyrgyzskaya Street.
The main activity of the enterprise is the rental of non-residential premises. The plant has good infrastructure: it includes production and warehouse buildings, administrative and utility rooms, as well as a boiler house and an electrical substation.
In terms of logistics, the territory of the plant has excellent transport accessibility, as it is located near the Kyzyl-Kiya railway station and the republican highway Osh–Batken.
