1. Description of the service
Transportation of gold-containing concentrate by railway.
Route directions:
Railway station Bystrovka (Kyrgyz Republic) - Oskemen-1 (Republic of Kazakhstan) Railway station Bystrovka (Kyrgyz Republic) - Balkhash-1 (Republic of Kazakhstan)
Requirements for the contractor: the availability of 60–75 wagons per month, with a total annual volume of 35,000 SMT.
Deadline for document submission: December 10, 2025.
2. How to submit documents
To participate in the competition, it is necessary to submit an application for cooperation and a complete set of mandatory documents (including registration certificate/patent, charter, valid permits and certificates, reference from the State Tax Service, and other supporting materials) to LLC "Altynken" before the submission deadline.
