1. Description of Work:
Client: LLC "Altynken".
1.1 List of Work: The project will involve stripping and tunneling work, as well as mining preparation and mining cutting work at an altitude of 1470 meters and above, as well as below this mark (deep part). Additionally, the installation of support for underground mining workings, maintenance of these workings, assembly work in underground conditions, and the execution of other minor tasks at various horizons and sublevels are planned.
1.2 Location: The project will be implemented at the Taldybulak deposit, located in the city of Orlovka, Kemin district, Chui region, Kyrgyz Republic.
1.3 Scope and Content of Work: This work includes stripping and tunneling work, mining preparation and mining cutting work at an altitude of 1470 meters and above, as well as at depth, installation of support for underground workings, assembly and disassembly of supporting walls for backfilling work, maintenance of underground workings, as well as installation of pipelines, air ducts, and other equipment. Additionally, extraction by the method of approaches, drilling, loading, and transportation to the ore discharge, bunker, or other location as directed by the Client will be carried out.
1.4 Method of Execution: Work will be carried out with the provision of labor and materials, under a contract for a fixed comprehensive price. Major consumables, such as explosives, fuel, electricity, water supply, and ventilation, will be provided by the Client. Payment for all materials taken by the Contractor from the Client's warehouse will be deducted from interim payments based on the actual quantity received and the price for the current month (excluding explosives). Other auxiliary materials will be purchased by the Contractor.
2. Timeline for Work Completion: The project is scheduled for 365 calendar days. The planned start date is January 1, 2026, and completion is set for December 31, 2026.

(10) Named list of key management personnel, passports, and qualification certificates.
(11) Certificate of absence of legal or arbitration disputes in recent years.
All listed documents must be submitted in Chinese and Russian languages and certified with an official seal.
