According to information from the agency, on March 18, 1993, the Tokmok Canning Factory, located at D. Babaev Street, 13, 15, and 17, was transformed into a joint-stock company "Ak-Tilek" by a decree of the State Property Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic (number 286). Within the framework of this document, the distribution of shares was established: 8% for the labor collective, 2.5% for the manager T. A., and 89.5% remained with the Fund.
Later, "Ak-Tilek" was renamed to "Canning Factory," which on June 17, 1996, received a plot of 7.238 hectares for a production base by a decree of the head of the Chuy-Tokmok City Administration, J. T.
However, on May 23, 2007, without the necessary documentation and sales agreement, this factory was transferred to a citizen of China, D. C. Currently, the structure of the shareholders of the "Canning Factory" is as follows: 33.4% belongs to a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, I. G. K., 33.3% to a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, Y. M. I., and 33.3% to a citizen of China, D. C.
As a result of the inspection, law enforcement agencies discovered the absence of documents confirming the legality of the transfer of the factory to private ownership. In this regard, the buildings, warehouses, and land plot of the factory were returned to state ownership.
In addition, D. C. voluntarily and free of charge transferred the property of the factory, valued at 10 million soms, to the State Property Fund.
