«Kyrgyz Agroholding» is implementing a project to create a fattening center for 10,000 heads of cattle

In Kyrgyzstan, OJSC «Kyrgyz Agroholding» has begun the implementation of an ambitious project aimed at creating an agro-industrial enterprise for the maintenance and fattening of 10,000 heads of cattle. The Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic reports that within the framework of the project, design and estimate documentation, a business plan, and technical solutions will be developed.

As part of this project, it is planned to build a modern fattening complex on an area of 25 hectares, which will use open feedlot technology. The development will take into account international standards and the best global practices, adapted to the features of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as economic feasibility, environmental sustainability, and social aspects.
The initially held tender for the amount of 3,500,000 soms was rejected due to a lack of documentation from participants that did not meet the technical requirements. A repeated tender for the amount of 1,500,000 soms also did not find interested participants.
To avoid delays in the implementation of the project, the tender commission decided to carry out the procurement through a direct contract in accordance with current legislation. The contract was signed with individual entrepreneur «Aliyeva O.»
Experts have arrived again in Kyrgyzstan to prepare design and estimate documentation and a business plan, as well as to provide consulting assistance in repurposing the site of the «Elita» branch for an open-type fattening complex for 500 heads of cattle.
