"The number of clients has increased, the quality of services has improved, and the infrastructure has been modernized," the message notes. "The opening of new facilities after repairs and construction had a positive impact."
In addition, the directorate shared information about the implementation of projects for the reconstruction and development of sanatorium-resort facilities, financed by the Workers' Health Fund and the institutions' own funds.
The sanatorium "Ysyk-Ata" was successfully restored and put into operation after a major renovation, which cost 500 million soms.
It is now fully equipped with modern medical equipment.The children's health center "Ulan," which cost half a billion soms to build, has become the only one in the country to apply sports and therapeutic methods. The technical opening of the center took place on September 6.
In the sanatorium "Köğültür Ysyk-Köl," the reception area, entrance zone were completely updated, new asphalt was laid, and a modern lighting system was installed. The renovation also affected five floors of the first building, which are now equipped with the latest technology and furniture. Sports grounds and play areas for children were reconstructed, new equipment and exercise machines were installed, and two football fields were put into operation.
In the "Jalal-Abad" sanatorium, the construction of a new building for 40 luxury-class rooms and six A-frame houses was completed in 2024.
Also, in 2025, open and children's pools were built, the mineral water pavilion was updated, and two additional A-frame houses with small pools were erected. In some areas, the old asphalt was dismantled and replaced with new. Infrastructure improvement and landscaping work were carried out. In October, construction and re-planning work began to bring the third building in line with modern standards.
In the "Zheti-Ögüz" sanatorium, reconstruction is underway for a total of 500 million soms. Currently, block "A" of the main building, with an area of 2400 square meters, has been fully reconstructed and is 95% ready. Full commissioning is expected in 2026.
Similar work is also being carried out in the "Arstanbap" and "Arstanbap-Ata" boarding houses, the directorate reported.
