As part of the digitalization program in Kyrgyzstan, the information system AIS "Expertise" has been launched. This digital tool, developed by the Department of Expertise of Agricultural Crops and Horticulture under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, aims to automate the process of providing state-paid services. The implementation of this system is a significant step towards improving the quality of service for farmers and reducing corruption risks by minimizing direct contact with officials.
Now both individuals and legal entities can submit applications for field inspections, laboratory analyses for seed certification, and variety testing of new agricultural crops imported into the country entirely online. One of the main advantages of the system is the ability to avoid the need for a personal visit to regional offices and submitting documents on paper. To obtain services, it is sufficient to log into the system and select the area of interest from the main menu, where sections such as "Field Inspection," "Laboratory Check," and "Variety Testing" are available.
The application process has been simplified as much as possible: the applicant needs to fill in the mandatory fields, provide contact information (phone number and email), and attach digital copies of the necessary documents. After submission and processing of the application, the system automatically calculates the cost of the service and sends the invoice to the user's email. This approach not only speeds up the document acceptance process but also significantly saves time for farmers and entrepreneurs, creating transparent and modern conditions for the development of the agricultural sector.
