The Department of Agricultural Crop and Horticulture Expertise announced the launch of an automated information system (AIS) called "Expertise," designed to provide state-paid services. The relevant information was made public by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Ministry representatives emphasized that the implementation of this system will contribute to improving the quality of state services provided and reducing the impact of the human factor on the process.
The "Expertise" system allows both individuals and legal entities to submit applications online for field inspections, laboratory analyses for seed material certification, as well as for testing new varieties planned for import into the country. This innovation eliminates the need for personal visits to regional institutions to submit documents in paper form.
To submit an application, the user must log into the "Expertise" system and select the appropriate direction for submitting the application.
The main menu of the system offers services such as field inspection, laboratory testing, and variety testing.
"If you represent a seed production enterprise and want to conduct a field inspection, select the 'Field Inspection' section to submit your application. To check seed quality, you need to select 'Laboratory Testing,' and for testing new varieties, choose the 'Variety Testing' section," the agency added.
It is important to note that when using the information system, all fields marked with an asterisk must be filled out, as well as providing a contact phone number and email address. Copies of the necessary documents should be attached to the application and submitted.
After submitting the application, the payment amount for the provided service will be automatically sent to the applicant's email, significantly speeding up the processing of applications and creating more convenient conditions for citizens.
