The main Christmas tree of the country is being set up in full swing at Ala-Too Square.

The installation of the tree structure has been completed, and 1530 fir branches have been secured. For the stability of the New Year beauty, concrete slabs weighing a total of 22.5 tons have been placed at the base.

At this stage, 64,000 LED lights are being installed on the tree.

The ceremony for the traditional lighting of the main New Year tree will take place on December 19 at 18:00.
