The plane carrying the head of state landed at Tashkent International Airport.
Flags of Central Asian countries were raised at the airport, a carpet was laid out, and an honor guard was formed.
President Sadyr Japarov was welcomed by the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Aripov, and other officials.
During the visit, the president will participate in the Seventh Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia and will hold bilateral negotiations with the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
