The early parliamentary elections are scheduled for November 30, and at the moment, 589 candidates have been nominated. As reported by Central Election Commission member Abdyjapar Bekmatov in an interview with the "Kabar" agency, after document verification, the CEC registered 467 of them. However, later the registration of seven candidates was annulled at their own requests and by decisions of the CEC.
Bekmatov noted that the highest number of registered candidates was observed in two multi-mandate districts, with 25 candidates each. At the same time, in one of the districts, only five people decided to participate in the elections.

Voter activity varied by region: in some districts, turnout reached 47-48%, while in the outskirts of Bishkek, it was around 24-25%.
According to Bekmatov, since the beginning of the election campaign, the CEC has received more than 280 appeals, complaints, and statements. An expert group, including representatives of independent media, also worked with the commission to monitor messages on social media.
As a result of examining violations, fines were imposed on 39 candidates according to the Code of Violations. Four other candidates received warnings. 23 citizens were fined for violating campaigning rules and for posting messages that negatively affected the reputation of certain candidates. Fines also applied to seven legal entities, including media outlets and online publications.
"The total amount of fines imposed exceeded 700 thousand soms," he added.According to the Constitution, after voting concludes, the results are first summarized by the precinct election commissions. Based on their protocols, the results are then determined by district commissions, and within two weeks, the CEC announces the final election results based on manual counting.
