As explained by CEC member Altynbek Kubatbekov, the cancellation of registration concerns Gulnaz Khalilova (district No. 24), Bakhtiyar Boobekov (district No. 17), and Lira Akunova (district No. 22) due to violations related to voter bribery.
Kubatbekov also noted that five other candidates have been issued warnings.
He emphasized: "If violations occur a second and third time, their votes will be annulled."
In addition, CEC member Abdyjapar Bekmatov added that registration may also be canceled in cases of vote buying and if the difference between the income and expenses of a candidate's election fund exceeds 0.5%.
