Maksat Avangardovich Kocherov now heads the Department of Chemicalization, Plant Protection, and Quarantine, which is subordinate to the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry.
This appointment became possible due to an order signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
Kocherov was recommended for this position by the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, Bakyt Torobaev.
