According to information from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, on December 10 at 08:40, heavy rains led to the flooding of the basements of three residential buildings on Mominov Street and one house on T. Atambaev Street. The basement of the religious educational center "Asylzada Aiymdar" on Kulatov Street and the basement of school No. 64 named after Aibek, located on Kurmanjan-Datka Street, were also underwater.
41 rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the city of Osh were dispatched to the scene. To eliminate the consequences of the flooding, three motor pumps were used, along with employees from the city administration and the municipal enterprise "Osh-Tazalyk." As a result of the work carried out, the water was pumped out, and the situation was normalized.
Emergency Situations specialists urge residents to monitor the condition of ditches and drainage systems to avoid similar incidents in the future.
