Special equipment, including combined road machines (CRM), as well as duty crews, conducted initial treatment of the roads to prevent ice formation and continue to clear the streets of the city. Workers are engaged in snow removal on sidewalks, public transport stops, and in public areas.
According to information from the mayor's office, the snow removal operation involves:
— 45 combined road machines;
— 24 Belarus tractors with mounted brushes and shovels;
— 3 front loaders;
— 4 Hovo trucks with blades;
— 2 skid steer loaders;
— 48 road service workers.
The treatment of the road surface with anti-icing agents is carried out as needed, depending on the condition of the roads and weather conditions.
